Anyone that knows me well, knows there's not much that I love to do more than EAT. Although my kitchen skills are well above reproach (I gets down on the gas burners), I definitely have a strong affinity for a good old-fashioned trip to the local chow bench.
So the thing that prompted today's post is the fact that lately I have developed the most insane craving for my absolute favorite restaurant, Fogo De Chao. I'm hell-bent on going there to get busy with more than a few righteous servings of Picanha and Garlic Beef, but I'm having the hardest time finding someone that wants to spend a few hours working their way into a steak-induced coma with me.
Really, how could anyone resist this delectable Picanha?
